Servers are created automatically right after payment. The access details appear in your client area, usually within a few minutes.

How can I pay?

What if the location I want is out of stock?
Such locations are marked OUT. We open the cheapest location that is available, and you can still pick another one.
Can the rental renew by itself?
Yes. Turn on auto-renewal for a server in your client area and keep enough money on the balance. Rent starts from 7 days.
Can I get a refund?
Payment for a started period is generally not refunded. If we cannot provide a service, the money returns to your balance. Details are in the Terms.
